Rules and Requirements
Automotive Participants
Must have a well maintained vehicle free of oil leaks and loose body panels
Vehicle must be equipped with a Factory anchored lap and shoulder belt or race harness.
Driver and Passenger must wear a DOT approved 3/4 or full-face helmet with visor or safety goggles at all times while on the race track.
participating vehicles are subject to technical inspection prior to being granted track access.
If a technical issue with any vehicle is observed by safety or corner personnel the vehicle with be signaled to exit track and will not be granted track access until the issue is resolved.
Aggressive or dangerous driving practices will be addressed and driver may loose their track access if the practices persist.
Fuels and other fluids shall be contained in a capped container in the pit area. Immediately notify track staff if a spill occurs so containment efforts can be initiated.
Participants and spectators are to remain courteous and respectful to all staff and other participants. Any discourteous patrons will be asked to leave the facility for the duration of the event..
Motorcycle Requirements (Not Applicable for the Track Night Event 5/30/26)
Tires and brakes must be in good condition with no visible cracks or dry-rot. Bike must be free of oil, fuel and coolant leaks and missing bolts/screws. All parts must be secure. No loose bolts/fasteners. Headlights, turn signals, and all glass or plastic lenses must be removed or taped over. Remove or tape over mirrors. Kill-switch must be functioning and throttle return should work smoothly without sticking or hanging up. Regular coolant is permitted. Chain not too loose or too tight based on tech discretion. Kick-stands must be able to remain securely in the up position, or be removed. Center stands are not recommended due to clearance issues.
Rider Requirements (Not Applicable for the Track Night Event 5/30/26)
Gloves - must rise above wrist (Gauntlet style) and boots must cover the ankle (Full height road boot).
May not be a construction style boot.
Helmet must be manufactured in the past 5 years and be DOT or SNELL or Euro compliant. Full face helmets ONLY.No tears in equipment and must be in "good condition". Full leather or textile suit permitted. 2 piece suits allowed.
If 2 piece, it must zip together (2/3 of waist must be zipped).
ALL MOTORCYCLE SUITS MUST HAVE BACK, KNEE AND ELBOW PROTECTION. LEATHER CONSTRUCTION STRONGLY SUGGESTED.
Remember Safety should be all drivers and passengers concern during this event. Any unsafe practices or behavior whether on track or in the paddock with be addressed and could result in the participant, spectator, or passenger being asked to leave the premises. Your registration fee will be forfeit if your are asked to leave at any point during the event.

May 30th, 2026
5:00pm - Gates open
6:30pm - Drivers meeting
7:00pm Cars A Group on track (B, C, D groups will follow at 15 minute intervals)
12:00am -Track closed
(Dinner included for registered drivers). Sessions may be temporarily halted for track cleaning if necessary.
Event logistics
Upon arrival make sure to sign the track waiver and receive your wristband.
Please set up your pit on the west half of the paddock since that’s the only side that will be lit after sundown.
Check in at the Gray Run It For Blue trailer to receive your driver or passenger wristband.
report to the drivers meeting by the check in trailer at 6:30pm.
We will start grilling dinner at 7:00pm and will continue until you stop eating or the food is gone. Non registered participants or spectators require a $5.00 donation per meal.
Make sure to bring flashlights or work lights. There will not be any maintenance personnel on site so bring your tools if possible.
Even though we’ll be in the dark please drink plenty of water while you’re out there.
There will be a couple items up for raffle as well.
